Quarterly Meetings are held at the National Housing Federation's Offices at Lion Court, 25 Procter Street, Holborn, WC1V 6NY starting at 11 am and finishing with a sandwich lunch at about 12.30 pm. A 'Hot Topic' for discussion is chosen by the Steering Group.
In 2012 the meetings will be on: Wednesday 11 July and Tuesday 23 October 2012.
Topics being considered: Maintaining our Profile, Environmental sustainability, Project Management, Development, older people's issues, financial inclusion and other services-to-tenants issues. A 'hot' topic is chosen by the steering group each quarter - let us have any ideas that you have for future meetings.

Over the last three years we have met on a regular basis (at least every quarter) and have discussed a wide range of topics that affect small associations. Our aim is to share common concerns, find positive solutions where possible and share good practice to enable small associations to approach the challenges that face us in a positive way.
Topics have ranged from Supporting People, Asset management, Stress at Work, Best Value and Rent Restructuring to Business Excellence, Regulation, iN Business, Homebuy, Service Charges and Efficiency. We have been lucky enough to have speakers from the NHF and the Housing Corporation, as well as a number of other skilled and interested professionals to come and initiate some stimulating discussions.

July 2011 - Developing in a new era. Matt Carroll, pod partnership, and Ben Wood, Head of New Business and Development, Viridian Housing, and Chair of the NHF London Development Group. Also Helen Williams from the NHF gave an update on the Localism Bill.
April 2011 - The biggest reform to the welfare system since it began. Gail Emerson and Christie Silk, Social Policy Campaigns Office, Citizen's Advice Bureaux

Additionally our meetings are supported by the National Housing Federation London who are always on hand to advise us on specific housing issues in London.
