This site has been set up by g320, a group of small housing associations working in London.

The aim is to promote and share good practice amongst those small but beautiful associations providing a range of housing and care services in the capital and indeed across the country.

National Housing Federation Changes
At the beginning of April, Kate Dodsworth took up the post of Assistant Director Regions (South East, London and East of England). Whenever possible she will be attending the g320 quarterly meetings.

g320 and the TSA

The g320 and the TSA hold bi-lateral meetings on a regular basis. To find out more about these meetings and matters discussed click here.

Benchmarking

The g320 group have been benchmarking performance and service delivery via an on line service designed for groups. Data on most of the standard TSA PI's and a number of additional PI's is collated and available to subscribing members, on line.
